Sugar Cane Harvest

We are hosting a Sugar Cane Festival at our historic park to celebrate this part of Florida history. We are searching for vendors and sponsors. We will have cane grinding and cooking of cane syrup by a local cane farmer, folk music, hands-on crafting, BBQ, and more. We have a historic sugar mill that we will use and the pioneer that settled our land was  a cane farmer. We would love a sponsorship by your organization and we would appreciate any sugar cane related information you could supply. Thank you for your consideration. Please call or email for more details.

Camping newbie? Try Camping 101! You will learn to camp from start to finish with Jeanene Arrington-Fisher. She provides all the equipment, will set up the campsite, prepare food, and take you on adventures.

Not a Clue Adventures will provide dinner and breakfast and a light lunch .

Tents, lanterns will be provided as well as fireside activities and smores .

You can arrive prior to 2 PM(campers check in time) and explore Crowley property on your own if you wish and you can stay later after your camping experience is over. Please check in at front visitors center upon arrival. They will have your names on file As a group we will not be able to visit the entire facility and all they have to offer. There are  geocaches on the property, if you have a hand held GPS we can get you started in the right direction!

On Saturday mornings Crowley offers a wonderful farmers market! Fresh local produce and artisans are onsite and offer wonderful deals!

Spencer’s Party With a Purpose

Nature Detectives

Spencer’s second annual Party with a Purpose was a great time!

Spencer decided to have his guests bring much needed supplies to benefit Wildlife Inc., our local wildlife rehab organization. The kids made fish prints and bobcat tracks, ate pizza from Suzy Q II in Myakka City and shared a beautiful cake decorated with the Crowley logo.
