Starry Night 2019

We are very excited to invite you to a unique event that will be held at the address above on November 23, 2019. Starry Night will be an evening under the stars to benefit Crowley Museum & Nature Center Inc. Pre-registered guests can begin arriving at 5pm and will enjoy an open bar and passed hors d’oeuvres while listening to the music of The Billy Rice Band. There will be both silent and live auctions with many interesting items and experiences. Dinner will be a Florida Cracker style duet by Mattison’s. Our board of directors will welcome you and explain all of the new and exciting things happening at Crowley. After a delicious dessert, guests will be invited to view the depths of the night sky with the Local Group Of Deep Sky Observers. Individual tickets and sponsorship are available and as follows:

Lunar Eclipse Sponsor – $10,000

As the exclusive eclipse sponsor, the event will be named for your company and you will receive a private Wine Dinner for 8 at Mattison’s 41 in Sarasota, Florida. You will also receive 8 tickets for the Starry Night event, a full-page ad on the back cover of the event program, your logo (or name) in all Starry Night advertising, a link on our website to your website for one year. Sponsor shall also receive an exclusive Corporate outing/retreat for all employees and their families on a week day of the Sponsor’s choice. Your name shall also appear as the Named Sponsor at the Welcome Center for one year.

Full Moon Sponsor – $5,000

You choose a name for one of our nature trails or the Youth Discover Path (your name, your company, your child) and that name will appear on our trail guide for one year. You will also receive 8 tickets for the Starry Night event, an ad in the event program, a link on our website to your website for one year, and 8 single day passes to Crowley Museum and Nature Center.

Half Moon Sponsor – $2,500

You choose a name for one of our buildings (your name, your company, your child) and that name will appear on our sponsor signage and guide for one year. You will also receive 6 tickets for the Starry Night event, an ad in the event program, a link on our website to your website for one year, and 6 single day passes to Crowley Museum and Nature Center.

New Moon Sponsor – $1,000

You will receive a token gift representing Crowley Museum and Nature Center. You will also receive 4 tickets for the Starry Night event, an ad on the event program, a link on our website to your website for one year, and 4 single day passes to Crowley Museum and Nature Center.

Single Event Tickets – $125

You will receive admission and dinner for the event and a single day pass to Crowley Museum and Nature Center.

Pre-Registration for the event is required as space is limited. You may mail a check to the address above with the names of all attendees, or you may come in and pay with cash at the Welcome Center.
