Kombucha is a traditional fermented tea beverage, which has been around for centuries. Studies claim it is loaded with gut loving probiotics, enzymes, vitamins and essential acids for the body. Jillian will cover all of the basic methods to help you get started brewing at home. This class is for all levels of experience, whether you currently brew or are just getting started. A starter Scoby (Kombucha culture) will be provided.

Class Cost: $25 per student
