In Harmony with Nature: Autumn

Living closer to nature is very rewarding. Part of that is connecting with seasonal changes, which is a little bit trickier here in Florida. We will explore some of the changes in the natural world around us as well as learn to honor your “inner autumn”. What are the changes you go thru at this time of year? How can you learn to work with the seasons to enrich your life?
